How to use Vents

1. Preparation before construction
Make sure the construction surface is clean, dry, flat, and free of oil, dust and debris.
Prepare the necessary tools, such as knives, brushes, rollers, etc.
2. Laying Vents
Cut the Vents into appropriate sizes and shapes according to the construction requirements.
Starting from one end, lay the Vents flatly on the construction surface to avoid wrinkles and bubbles.
3. Fixing Vents
Use special fixing nails or battens to fix the Vents on the construction surface, and the fixing spacing should meet the product requirements.
Note that the fixings should penetrate the Vents and ensure that they are firmly fixed.
4. Splicing treatment
If the Vents need to be spliced, the overlap method should be adopted, the overlap width should meet the product requirements, and special tape should be used for sealing.
5. Closing treatment
Special treatment should be performed on the edges and closings of the Vents, such as using sealants or closing battens to ensure tight sealing.
6. Inspection and acceptance
After the construction is completed, carefully check the laying of the vents to see if there are any damage, wrinkles, or loose fixation.
