1. Construction environment
The construction temperature should be between 5℃ and 35℃. Avoid construction at too low or too high temperatures to avoid affecting the performance and bonding effect of the membrane.
Avoid construction under severe weather conditions such as strong winds, rain and snow.
2. Base treatment
The construction surface must be clean, flat, solid, free of oil, dust, loose objects, etc., to ensure that the membrane is firmly bonded to the base.
3. Cutting and laying
Accurately cut the membrane according to the actual size to avoid waste and excessive splicing.
The membrane should be kept flat during laying to avoid wrinkles and bubbles.
4. Splicing treatment
The splicing part should be overlapped, the overlap width should meet the product requirements, and special sealant or tape should be used for sealing.
Ensure that the splicing is tightly sealed to prevent water and gas from penetrating from the splicing gap.
5. Fixing method
Select suitable fixings, such as nails, battens, etc., and fix them according to the specified spacing to avoid loose fixation and displacement of the membrane.
6. Finished product protection
During the construction process, avoid damage to the laid Vents.
After the construction is completed, avoid heavy objects hitting the membrane, sharp objects scratching, etc.
7. Compatibility with other materials
Ensure that the Vents have good compatibility with adjacent insulation materials, waterproof materials, etc. to avoid adverse reactions with each other.
8. Storage conditions
Unused Vents should be stored in a dry, ventilated, cool place, away from direct sunlight and rain to prevent the membrane from deteriorating.
