1. Equal pressure equalization valve
Equal pressure equalization valve is a globally recognized advanced waterproof and breathable valve technology, its main function is to maintain constant pressure difference under zero or negative pressure. The inside of this valve adopts a complex and precise diaphragm system. When the external pressure is greater than the internal pressure, the valve diaphragm will protrude outward, so that solid particles, liquid and gas can flow out. When the external pressure is lower than the internal pressure, the diaphragm will sag inward to prevent the intrusion of external water and dust, while maintaining the stability of solid particles and humidity.
2. Ceramic breather valve
Ceramic breather valve is another commonly used type of waterproof breather valve, which is mainly used in airtight equipment with very high requirements, such as communication equipment, particle filter, automatic control system, etc. The production principle of the ceramic breathable valve is to use nano-ceramic technology to achieve the breathable effect through the breathable mechanism of countless micropores. This valve has high corrosion resistance, high temperature erosion performance and high pressure resistance, but also has good air permeability and excellent waterproof performance.
3. SMD breathable valve
The patch type breathable valve is a new type of waterproof and breathable valve. It not only has super air permeability and waterproof performance, but also has the advantages of small size, light weight, and convenient installation. The patch-type breathable valve is composed of two electrodes and a diaphragm in the middle, in which vent holes are formed on the diaphragm through a specially treated porous polymer material. When there is pressure inside the device, the diaphragm will be squeezed outward, thereby expanding the vent hole, allowing air, water vapor and gas to be discharged; and when there is liquid or dust attached to the vent hole from the outside, the diaphragm will return to its original state , thereby preventing the penetration of foreign substances.
